With over 25 years of experience in the sales industry, my mission is to help professionals and sales teams develop their skills through practical, results-oriented coaching. At Elite Sales Coaching, we do not offer pre-packaged courses, our approach is based on real-life simulations that allow participants to immediately apply what they have learned. I firmly believe that a better salesperson is also a person with greater self-esteem, confidence, and happiness. I want to share my experience with Elite Sales Coaching. At first, the approach seemed strange because it didn’t teach memorized techniques or scripted phrases, Maurizio spoke little and listened a lot, allowing the team to express themselves. However, it actually worked amazingly well! After just 5 hours of sales coaching in one month, my sales team started scheduling many more appointments and closed 13% more sales than the previous month.
Maurizio started to make my sellers think by teaching them not to behave like simple "product pushers," but rather to listen and solve the customers' problems by proposing the most useful products and services for them.
