About Me

As a value catalyst, I guide companies to improve performance now and achieve successful transitions in the future. Previously, as a corporate executive, I led strategic initiatives that created $billions in value. As an entrepreneur, I also understand the unique challenges of running a small business. As a certified exit planning advisor (CEPA), I am an expert in the value acceleration methodology. As a Christian business owner, I believe in building businesses with integrity that create lasting value. That's why I'm passionate about helping you achieve your goals.

Coaching Approach

I listen well and ask good questions. I then help you figure out how to answer the questions that don't currently have good answers. I bring to the table a broad array of tools and frameworks to help you get to those answers.

What To Expect

We will start with a one hour free call to see if there's a fit. Depending on where you are with your business, we might start with my Six Questions framework or we might start with a Value Benchmark.
